About the role

The Strategy Analyst role supports the development, implementation and reporting on the Craig's Investment Partners’ strategy, and provides the Board and Executive team with financial analysis and commercial insights into current and future performance to guide decision making within the Company. The role reports to the Head of Strategy and supports the wider Executive team (including the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Private Wealth and Markets). 

The Strategy Analyst role is a diverse and hands-on strategy role and provides excellent career progression and development opportunities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and have a positive and can-do attitude.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with relevant five years equivalent work experience, and who are able to demonstrate the following:

• 5 years+ financial analyst, corporate finance or related experience 
• Relevant degree level tertiary qualification
• Reasonable level of industry knowledge in financial services (desirable) 
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong investigative and problem solving skills
• Strong analytical, Excel, financial modelling skills with well developed commercial acumen
• Experience working across multiple projects, and is organised and proactive
• Driven with desire to make a difference and build your career
