Our Client Services team are currently experiencing higher than normal workloads thus a fixed term opportunity has arisen for a Voluntary Corporate Actions Administrator to join the team working in our Head Office, Tauranga. This is 3-month fixed term contract with full time hours of 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The primary purpose of this administrator role is to ensure that all data pertaining to corporate capital raising activity for START® clients is collected, notified, collated and processed in an efficient and timely manner and to ensure that client entitlements and application funds are protected at all times.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, ideally supported by previous financial services experience. An understanding of domestic and offshore corporate actions would be advantageous. The ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly, strong MS Excel and Word skills, and excellent attention to detail are essential.
