We have a fixed term opportunity for a Human Resources generalist to join our team at head office in Tauranga, to support the day to day People and Performance needs. Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, the Advisor is required to partner with management teams in assigned business units and departments to deliver on the company People Plan and contribute to achievement of business goals and performance. This will involve, providing proactive and responsive advice and expertise to management and staff in all aspects of human resource management with a key focus on recruitment, employment relations and change management. This position will also assist with the delivery of HR projects as required.
We are looking for candidates with a graduate degree in HR/Management or similar, along with at least four years’ experience in a generalist HR position. Experience delivering knowledge of HR practises with strong communication and relationship management skills is essential. Experience in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
This 6-7 month fixed term opportunity, has full time hours of 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, however there could be some flexibility for the right candidate. We are looking for a candidate that can ideally start ASAP.
