We have a fixed term opportunity for a People and Performance Administrator to join our team at head office in Tauranga. Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, the People and Performance Administrator is responsible for carrying out human resources and payroll duties, including recruitment, on-boarding and exit documentation, health and safety reporting, employee records management, preparing employment agreements and variations and HR reporting.
This role is also crucial in providing support to enable the People and Performance team meet the key objectives of the People Plan and assisting with the delivery of HR projects as required.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with a relevant graduate degree and at least two years’ experience in an HR administration position. To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational and administrative skills, supported by excellent communication abilities both written and verbal. An eye for detail is also essential, as well as the ability to roll up your sleeves and get involved with the team where needed. Experience in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
This 12 month fixed term opportunity has full time hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, ideally starting early to mid December.
