Become part of a professional ITS team whose goal is to ensure that CIP employees have the correct systems up and running to meet their business objectives. Reporting to the Infrastructure and Service Delivery Manager, you will be part a dedicated Infrastructure and Service Delivery Team, responsible for delivering ICT services to 550+ users.
The key focus of this role is to support and administer the ICT services required by the business across all levels, manage third party Vendors to deliver best practice service to its customers and achieve the requirements of the ITS SLA with the Business. ICT services encompass an infrastructure inclusive of Virtual and physical Desktops, Server, Application, Cloud/SaaS, Network and Telecommunications areas. The roles responsibilities include the implementation, configuration, control, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolution of these infrastructure areas to ensure maximum availability of ICT services to the business users in alignment with the IT SLA with the business.
