About the role
We are seeking an experienced investment professional to join our Specialised Wealth Advisory Team as Director, Specialised Wealth. Based in Auckland, this senior role will deliver investment consulting services to attract and retain ultra-high-net-worth clients around the country.
The Director, Specialised Wealth will work with other senior members of the team to develop new business opportunities, enhance the Specialised Wealth service offering, lead client consulting engagements and represent Craigs in the wider investment community.
The Director will collaborate with the Investment Strategy Group and Craigs’ adviser network and will be well versed in portfolio construction, responsible investing, alternative assets and strategic wealth planning. They will also mentor junior team members, helping to build their investment capability.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced investment professional with sound knowledge of investment markets and proven capability in business development and relationship management. Confident working with high-value clients and senior stakeholders, you will be skilled at navigating complexity, solving problems and providing strategic advice that supports the continued growth of Craigs’ premium wealth offering.
You will have relevant finance or investment qualifications, or equivalent experience, together with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of portfolio construction and asset allocation. As a collaborative team player and clear communicator, you will be committed to achieving exceptional client outcomes and building capability across the wider team.
