Digital Business Administrator

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Digital Business team within Craigs Investment Partners (CIP). This is a 12-month fixed term to cover a parental leave period. The role is based in Tauranga, working full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

The Digital Business team is responsible for all technology applications and services and the delivery of digital projects across CIP. Reporting to the Digital PMO Manager, the key focus of the Digital Business Administrator role is to provide active, day to day administration support to the Digital Business department. This will include supporting the team in scheduling meetings and workshops, updating documentation, meeting minutes, creating reports, and maintaining financials. Other key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Completing financial administration, including raising, managing and reconciling Digital Business purchase orders.
  • Completing invoice processing, end of month invoice processing and reporting against budgets and/or purchase orders.
  • Supporting budget management, providing input to the annual budget process. 
  • Providing oversight of software licensing, including procurement and user-management of licenses for users across critical systems.
  • Management of Digital Business vendor contract documents and a schedule of renewals and expiry dates.
  • Completing reporting, including monitoring, documenting and reporting on Team targets, financials, and project progress

About you 

  • This role would suit someone with prior administration experience, particularly within a finance or project team environment. To be successful in this role, you will also need:
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong financial processing skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with an affinity for picking up new systems and processes quickly.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft suite. 
  • A positive team player, with an ability to show initiative.
