We have an opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team on an 12 month fixed term basis, working full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. Based in our Head Office in Tauranga.
CIPs Compliance team is tasked with monitoring the business against NZX Rules, legislation and providing internal controls to mitigate risk. Compliance also focuses on education and building employee awareness of industry requirements and regulations.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the primary purpose of the role is to provide effective support to the Head of Compliance and the Compliance Manager in the day to day functions of the Compliance department. Some key tasks include maintaining compliance registers and databases, analysing client related activity, preparing documentation and monitoring the firm’s activities against NZX Participant Rules, group policy and industry best practices.
