We have a new position for a Client Services Assistant who will work closely with the team at QuayStreet Asset Management (QSAM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP). Quay Street Asset Management offers a range of diversified and sector specific investment funds for investors with varying investment needs and timeframes. The key focus of this position is to act as the primary contact for QSAM’s retail clients or prospective clients, and respond to requests for information from Craigs Investment Advisers for QuayStreet products and services.

Tasks include:

· Act as the primary contact and answer queries and requests for information from QSAM’s retail clients and prospective clients

· Assist with the completion of any client documentation including on-boarding and other requests as required

· Liaise with third parties and external providers to facilitate any service requirements 

· Place trades on NZXWT for QuayStreet KiwiSaver 

· Facilitate the opening and maintenance of client accounts 

· Accurately maintain and update all QuayStreet client records both physically and electronically

· Prepare and produce management information as and when required

· Update daily unit prices for QuayStreet products on the website

This role would suit someone who has an excellent client service ethic and who has a keen eye for detail. You would have a basic understanding of market terminology and industry regulation. The ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly, knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as experience in CRM would be beneficial. Previous financial sector experience in a client facing role will be highly advantageous as well as an understanding of industry regulation and terminology along with experience with fund management registry processes. 

Applicants should have at least one to two years of relevant work experience within a financial services environment, preferably in a front office client-servicing role.
