Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) is a multi award winning investment advisory firm which is one of the largest in New Zealand. With 19 offices located throughout the country and over 170 Investment Advisers, CIP offers solutions and advice to both private investors, corporate and institutional clients.
Based in sunny Tauranga, the Branch Manager is responsible for providing management (operational and strategic) for the Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) Tauranga Branch. This includes a team of 19 successful Investment Advisers who report directly to the Branch Manager, along with our team of Private Wealth Associates.
This is a commercially focused position that requires somebody to see the bigger picture, understand the key issues and with the drive and energy to lead a large team. We need someone who is a confident and experienced people manager with strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Key areas of the role:
Your background will be from financial services, preferably private wealth or private client share broking where business development, financial acumen and people leadership can be demonstrated. A sound understanding of the regulatory environment the business operates within, and a record of sales and/or operational experience in a relevant sector is essential.
