About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Reporting Assistant to join our Portfolio Reporting team working in our Head Office, Tauranga. This is 12-month fixed term contract with full time hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Our Portfolio Reporting team is an integral part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) providing key reporting services to our premier clients and to CIP’s management.
This role encompasses the maintenance of the databases(s) and systems that support the regular and ad-hoc reporting to these premier clients and to management. The primary role of the Portfolio Reporting Assistant is being responsible for maintaining quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and monitoring of our portfolio reporting system(s) and upholding reliable and accurate databases.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who has some administration experience that can display a high degree of accuracy with numerical data and client information. This role works to strict time frames daily so the ability to prioritise workload effectively is critical.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal). Also having an ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly and experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is essential. Additionally, an interest in financial markets would be advantageous.
